VRL AYURVEDA

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellation of orders placed on the VRL Ayurveda website.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately through the details provided below.

2. Cancellation by VRL Ayurveda

VRL Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Unavailability of products
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Any reason beyond our control

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

3. Refund After Cancellation

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
