We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your watch, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including the box, straps, tags, and any accessories.

  • Any signs of wear, scratches, damage, or missing items will make the product ineligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that show signs of use or damage

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Products purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged or defective)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged watches.

  • If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
