This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase products from VRL Ayurveda.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed. Customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping Coverage

VRL Ayurveda currently ships across India.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier partner serviceability.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, weather conditions, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the checkout before payment.
VRL Ayurveda may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select locations and products.
VRL Ayurveda reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, wherever applicable.
Customers are advised to track their orders regularly for updates.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, incorrect address details, or force majeure events.
VRL Ayurveda shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images or videos for verification.
Claims raised after 48 hours may not be entertained.
